The CTP 1000-F7W ultra-compact, low profile DC-AC  inverters deliver up to 1000VA 3-phase pure sine output voltage. The use of the latest silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor technology contributes to high conversion efficiency, high power density and a significantly smaller form factor than earlier 3-phase 1kVA inverters. The units measure 280 x 67 x 356 mm (W x H x L).

The CTP 1000-F7W units offer 3-phase pure sine output voltage of 208Vrms continuous (line-to-line) at 60 or 400Hz, or 380Vrms or 400Vrms continuous at 50 or 60Hz. Phase-to-neutral voltage can also be used. The inverters operate from 48V, 96V, 110V, 125Vdc or custom DC input voltages.

The inverters are suitable for industrial applications where a rugged, three phase AC voltage solution is required, such as testing small 3-phase equipment in engineering labs, testing avionic instrumentation and equipment, and similar industrial applications.

High quality built-in fans and additional conduction via the baseplate provide sufficient cooling ensure 1000VA continuous operating power over a 0°C to +50°C operating temperature range without de-rating. We also meet requirements for wider temperature ranges on request. The inverters are heavily ruggedized for immunity to high levels of shock and vibration (IEC 61373 Cat 1 A&B). The printed circuit boards are conformal coated for protection from humidity and airborne contaminants. Protection features include 2250Vdc input to output isolation, inrush current limiting, reverse polarity protection, and output current limiting with short-circuit protection. The three phase inverters meet the requirements of C22.2 No. 107.1-01, UL 458, EN/UL60950-1 and equivalent industrial standards.

Other output power levels, including a 500VA version, are also available.
