Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Coordinator(Full-time)

Requirements:

  • Promote and maintain positive customer relations;
  • Issue RMA number according to company policies and procedures;
  • Respond to customer inquiries for RMA numbers, repair and refurbishment costs and lead time;
  • Manage return material processing and prioritization from receiving to shipment;
  • Interface with all levels of personnel throughout the company;
  • Technical knowledge about Electronics is a must;
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Detail oriented and good organizational skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently;
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others;
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
  • RMA experience with knowledge of purchase order and RMA processes is an asset.

 

Technical Assistant to Purchasing/Design Department (Full-time)

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge of electronics components is a must;
  • Experience in electronics industry will be an asset;
  • Review component data sheets;
  • Search for new components as per engineering’s specifications;
  • Assist design engineers with various tasks related to components, including component search;
  • Purchase materials in support of production and company’s operational requirements;
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively across different organizational levels;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Engineering Technician (Full-time)

Requirements:

  • Evaluate and test switching power supplies (DC/DC and AC/DC) using digital multimeter, oscilloscope, load bank, PFC meter, as well as various types of analog and digital equipment;
  • Evaluate and test low voltage and high voltage power supplies;
  • Evaluate and test performance of prototype and/or production models;
  • Evaluate and repair failed models;
  • Assist design engineers with various tasks;
  • Ability to work with speed and confidence in order to maintain production schedules;
  • Ability to document test/evaluation results, analyse data and make recommendations on possible product improvement;
  • Comprehension of technical drawings, schematics, data sheets and written work instructions;
  • Experience in electronics industry;
  • Comfortable working in a multi-national environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
