3-phase DC-AC inverters deliver 208Vrms line-to-line 3-phase continuous at 60Hz or 400Hz. Outputs of 380Vrms or 400Vrms line-to-line 3-phase at 50Hz or 60Hz also available.  Photo: 48V, 110V, or 125Vdc input versions in a F7 conduction/convection cooled enclosure.

The CTP 500-F7 & CTP 500-F7W series inverters convert DC power into 3-phase pure sine wave output voltage in harsh industrial environments.

The 500VA DC-AC inverters provide 208Vrms line-to-line 3-phase continuous at 60Hz or 400Hz. Outputs of 380Vrms or 400Vrms line-to-line 3-phase at 50Hz or 60Hz are also possible. Phase-to-neutral voltages can be used.

The inverters operate from 24V, 36V, 48V, 110V or 125Vdc power sources. The 48V, 110V, or 125Vdc input versions, the CTP 500-F7, are in an F7 conduction/convection cooled enclosure. The 24Vdc and 36Vdc input versions, the CTP 500-F7W are in an F7W fan cooled enclosure.

The use of microprocessor controlled high frequency PWM technology ensures compact construction, low weight and high efficiency. A specially designed 3-phase controller module also contributes to the reliable operation of the unit.

Equipped with heavy filtering on the input and output, the inverters comply with EN55032 Class A with wide margins. Protection features include 1500Vdc input-output isolation, 2250Vdc output to chassis isolation, reverse polarity protection, overload protection, thermal protection and current limiting. Conformal coating provides protection against humidity and airborne contaminants.
