The BAP 319-F4 series of industrial DC-DC converters use high efficiency power conversion topology to deliver up to 500W output power with convection cooling.

Outputs include 12V, 24V, 48V or 125Vdc.  The converters operate from 24Vdc (21-29V), 48Vdc (42-56V), or 125Vd (105-145V). A 12Vdc input is possible with derating to lower output power. Custom input/output values are available on request. An optional redundancy diode allows parallel connection to achieve higher output power or N+1 redundancy.  An output fail alarm is also available on request.

The BAP 319-F4 DC-DC industrial quality converters are designed for compliance with meet EN 62368-1 and equivalent safety standards. Electronic protection includes 1500Vdc input-output isolation, inrush current limiting, reverse polarity, over voltage, over temperature and short circuit conditions. The input and output are filtered for low noise. The input meets EN 55032 Class A with wide margins.

The converters operate at full specification over a 0°C to +50°C operating temperature range without derating. Cooling is by conduction to customer heat sink or chassis and by natural convection. This series is housed in a rugged, compact, vented 130 x 62 x 351 mm enclosure.
